International projects

Karmele Pereda from Begonaspi Ikastola in Bilbao initiated a new
Comenius project: BLOGGING IN EUROPE .
This project is focussed on Kindergarten level, and weblogs are
the main instuments to connect schools and projects of children.
Schools in Northern-Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain
cooperate in this project.
Dalton International will be involved to give advice for the
implementation of Dalton elements.

Another similar project in using telecommunication is initiated
by Antonio Mendes from Portugal.
The project is called: EURO SCHOOL LINKS .
Participation in this project is still possible, the invitation
can also be found on the website of Dalton International.

This sounds a great project.
Are the children blogging since research here in the UK suggests that it increases boys engagement with writing for an audience and has a major impact on their literacy outcomes.
